The Convention Bureau ensures the development of business tourism in Grand Reims. It also has the role of promoting this area as an ideal destination for conventions, general or incentive seminars and exhibitions on a national or international scale.

This bureau plays an interfacing role between local business tourism professionals and events organisers. It provides advice and assistance for all aspects of the event, from planning to completion. To do that, it has qualified staff who know the Grand Reims area inside out to best inform the event organiser.
