Hotel complex
Grand Reims has a top quality hotel complex with a capacity of around 3,500 rooms, including over 1,000 rooms in the city centre. Most of the accommodation has been renovated, offering you maximum comfort during your stay.
Besides offering accommodation options, several of the establishments hire out their meeting and conference rooms.
The main facilities
The Congress Centre
Situated in the heart of Reims city centre in a landscaped parkland, Reims’ Congress Centre has a wonderful light and airy events area. It features two amphitheatres with 350 to 700 seats, as well as a nave with a 1,500 seat capacity in the plenary hall.
The Exhibition Centre
A 60,000 m2 architectural complex, the Exhibition Centre is situated on the periphery of Reims, at the heart of a hub of activity. Extremely versatile, it has three 3,240 m2 to 4 320 m2 exhibition halls, a meeting room and a restaurant making it ideal for hosting a multitude of events: from professional and public exhibitions, general assemblies, conferences to conventions…
Major renovation-reconstruction work is under way.
L'Aréna
A large events hall called "l'Aréna", will be opened in October 2021. It will be used for major cultural, sports and general events. It has a capacity of 5,000 people seated or 9,000 standing.
It is managed by GL Events.

The Convention Bureau and its partners work together to ensure your event is a success by offering a wide range of welcome facilities. For example, meeting rooms, amphitheatres, reception areas, accommodation and restaurants, with or without meeting rooms. Our partners will also assist with your team building activities.
